When I decided to move into an old apartment that hadn’t been renovated since the 2000s, everyone was skeptical, and some even laughed at me. They wondered why I chose such an ugly apartment until I showed them the radical renovation.
Since it was quite spacious (76 square meters), it took a lot of work, sweat, and money, but I could hardly wait to create a beautiful life in an apartment where I would feel completely comfortable. The previous residents had redesigned the space a few years ago, and I didn’t like it at all.
Here you can see a niche to the left of the entrance. A floating console with a mirror has also been added to the hallway. As for the kitchen, its space has been combined with the living room. A linear kitchen unit with white fronts is placed against the wall.
There is also a round dining table in this area. In the living room, there is a large gray sofa and a television opposite. Closer to the window, there is an open shelf that holds my miniature library.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a soft headboard. I also placed nightstands and integrated storage systems there. There was also enough space for a walk-in closet. I decided to use the other room as an office, which can also be used as a guest room if needed.
The closet has mirrored doors, which visually enlarges the space. I set up a workspace near the window. The room also has a fold-out sofa against the wall. As for the bathroom, the walls are decorated with shiny blue-gray tiles and matching washable paint. I chose a shower instead of a bathtub, and I don’t regret it.
