In Texas, police have arrested a man after he abandoned his dog. Dallas authorities say Ramiro Zuniga, 41, is the man who left a German shepherd named Amos on the side of the road and left without him. This happened after animal rights activists set up cameras to capture people behind the scenes.
Steven Fabian Dowdy of Inside Edition told the Animal Transportation Commission that there are many abandoned animals on the roads.
