BOUTIQUE, seriously?!” He murmured quite loudly while looking at Debbie mockingly. “Well,” Debbie, feeling humiliated by his comment but remaining calm, replied, “I understand. It must be something very significant for you.” “Something significant?” Louis smiled and shook his head. “A poor woman like you would never understand what that means, but it was a multimillion-dollar deal!” “I’ll ask you again,” he said after a brief pause.
“I mean, I saw your tickets and everything. I know you’re flying with us in business class, but believe me, you don’t look like someone who belongs here! Maybe try economy next time and look for people who have boutiques like yours?” At this point, Debbie’s patience was at its limit. “Listen, sir,” she said sternly.“Understood. I’m flying in business class for the first time, and I found it hard to understand the check-in process and everything else, but don’t you think you’re making it a bit too overwhelming? My husband is on the flight with us, but…” Before Debbie could finish her sentence, an announcement over the loudspeaker announced their arrival at JFK.
