Everyone has a favorite song that makes them want to jump and dance. You can be in the car when your song starts, requiring you to blast the radio and sing along, or you can dance to it in the privacy of your home.
The song in the video below is definitely one that gets a lot of people up and shaking it. The performance was put on by preschoolers and kindergartners, but that doesn’t mean it’s anything but amazing. You’ll get into the holiday spirit when you see how adorable these little entertainers really are.
They steal the show but in a totally innocent way that’s for sure! These young children go to school at the Saint Elizabeth Childcare Facility, located in Jersey City, New Jersey. Although we don’t know exactly how old the video is, we do know that it has made the rounds on the internet.
We are so happy that it has been immortalized forever. It’s too cute to be lost. The children began their performance standing nervously on stage. Of course, they were probably a little scared seeing so many faces in the audience looking at them. However, it’s easy to see that many of them are also thrilled to be in the spotlight.
Some of them stare at the audience, trying to find where their family and friends are seated. When the first song begins, the children begin to dance. They are supposed to dance to a routine that their teacher taught them.
Most of the time, it was about standing, gesturing with arms and hands, and singing. However, there are a number of children who are not satisfied with this. You can see them getting really excited about their performance. The song “Rockin’ around the Christmas Tree” has been a big hit for decades.
The song was written in 1958 by Johnny Marks and has been redone by dozens of performers over the years. This particular version was sung by Brenda Lee, a musical prodigy who began her career at the age of ten. This particular performance added a lot of life and love to the song.
We can’t believe how much energy these kids have, but we’re so glad their performance was filmed for all of us to see. What do you think of these fiery children? Leave us a comment, then pass it on to others to see what they think too!
